Our mission
To set clear, independent competence standards for scaffolders, supervisors, inspectors and instructors; to authorise and audit the centres that train them; and to make every ISI certificate verifiable by anyone, in seconds.

- Trust. Decisions are independent, consistent and open to appeal.
- Quality. Standards, centres and assessors are reviewed and improved continually.
How we measure ourselves
- Employers can check any certificate before work starts.
- Authorised centres pass regular, evidence-based audits.
- Complaints and appeals are answered on time and used to improve.
